Transformational Specialist Matthew Armstrong explains the health benefits of eating Raw Almonds.

Almonds are considered to be The King of Nuts. They are alkalizing and contain more calcium than any other nut. Almonds are also a great source of Vitamin E and high in magnesium, potassium, zinc, fibre, & healthy monounsaturated fat. They are also high in protein.

Chinese Medicine says that Almonds relieve Chi Stagnation in the liver. In Ayurveda, Almonds are considered to nurture self control & calmness of the mind.

  • @beyourpotential why do you soak them in water? What the resonance behind that

  • @jizzum4000 Until you soak them they are dormant. Soaking brings them back to life by activating the enzymes. It is best to do this with all nuts and seeds.

  • i purchased roasted almonds, do they lose there nutritional value from being roasted?

  • @TheRedtaz Yes quite a bit. Raw organic is best. Soak them in good water over night rinse and eat for best results.

  • THANKS! :)

  • @TheMakeOrBreak You Are Welcome : )

  • @BeYourPotential I just pick up the first almonds i see at the store should I be getting an in particular ?

  • @MondoBongoz In shells out of shells all good, organic best. As long as they are sealed room temp is fine.

  • Almonds are full of healthy, essential fats which help break down the other fats. Don't forget to soak your almonds over night in water when your making your almond milk or even when your just snacking on them as it activates enzymes and makes them more alkaline.

  • This video is great! I've been getting various opinions with people on the topic of how good is the almond for you. I am transitioning into a vegetarian lifestyle and needed to get rid of dairy milk and replace it with homemade almond milk. I was a little skeptical since I've heard that almonds were high in fat and I'm currently working on a healthy diet and wanted to make sure that they wouldn't interfere with it. Thank you for the info =)...you made me feel a whole lot better.
