@crni20zd You see loading screens when you enter an instanced area or when you fast-travel. You can completely avoid the second. So no worries about that.

@VikingWarCry Yes that's because the last game was only 250 years ago, they are still pretty medieval. However there's plenty more technologies available now such as guns and moving fortresses. It's not entirely magic as they're actually utilizing real energy in the mix.

The influence is definately the medieval times as all other games with swords and magic.

@JamesHazBeHaiTyme Correction, this was made by ArenaNet which has a few Ex-Blizzard workers. NCSoft is just the publisher, not the maker.

@CanadianStereotype I'd have to say it's better, it has zoomed in and out only a little bit. Nobody has even zoomed out completely to show the whole map. Plus it shows details of actual roads.

@VikingWarCry This is hardly medieval. The game has advanced technologies in it from other races that has gone industrialized. The humans are the declining race with lack of such things.
