@BalletWatcher Most aduly classes do not have a dress code outside of no jeans or dress pants. Many recommend wearing comfortable clothing that they can move freely in. The dancer may not be as comfortable with their bodies as you do. They may not wish to purchase a bodysuit and tights if it is only a trial class, or not neccessary. Adult know their bodies better than children and can take verbal corrections better. Most importantly is that they love what they do and do what they love.

I'm an adult ballet student and I love it. I just wish more adults would dress properly for class. I do nd mu body is hardly perfect, so why can't others?
