Published on Jul 27, 2012

On July 17, 2012, Mike Zullo, the lead investigator for the MCSO Cold Case Posse, presented false information to the American people, claiming that the "9" code next to Obama's father's race meant that the field was blank when it was coded. That information appears to have come from Jerome Corsi, and was presented in a video produced by Mark Gillar. It was claimed a chart presented in that video was copied from a 1961 Vital Statistics Manual, but, it came from a 1968 manual. In 1961, code "9" meant "other nonwhite".

Ya know, I do like watching your videos because your right 99% of the time. Until now... African NOT a race. Thats like some one saying that he was born American...Ok Does that make him white? or maybe black or possibly asian. There are a lot of white people born and raised in Africa and they are also considered "African," That doesn't make them black. Sorry, thats like a pet peeve of mine. Great videos keep em coming!

Yes, I agree with you. However, it is very unlikely that a white person would claim his race was "African". Keep in mind that there were only eight races listed on the chart and number 9 was "other nonwhite", meaning it was the "all others" category. According to the rules stated in the manual, 9 was the correct choice. The parent's races were not reported to the government, but were only used to determine the race of the child.

Yes, the same code chart is used for each parent, though only the child's race is reported to the Federal Government. Note it says, "Race of child (column 32)". There was another form that was submitted to the feds. Also just to the left of the Birth Certificate is an entire page of vital statistic information- The only thing we can see of it, are a few numbers, to the left the birth location and name of the hospital.

I wonder what other "Non-white" means. This opens a whole new can of worms. It is a little confusing, you show "Race of child" codes, do they apply the same as "Race of Father"? if so, is the race of father then also "Other NON-WHITE'? Was Obama (according to the papers,.. adopted?,... send me a P.M or post here to clarify.

Other nonwhite means of a race not listed on the chart, numbers 2 thru 8, O and V. For example, if someone's race was listed as Korean on the Birth Certificate, that would be coded as 9 other nonwhite. There was no code for "Unknown or not stated" for race in 1961. If Obama was adopted, or his birth was illegitimate, that would have been noted on the page we can't see.

    ALERT! ALERT! ALERT!

3:43 that code system is for "Race Of Child" NOT "Race Of Father"

It has been confirmed by Verna G. L. Lee who's signature is on obama's certificate that "Race Of Father" code was #9 was used for "unknown"

Race Of Father & Race Of Child must have different code systems just like a different code system #9 was used for "Kind Of Business Or Industry" in the box below.

Now, let's talk about the "SMILEY FACE" in Alvin

An Official Police investigation, manufacturing false evidence and presenting it as fact, is only a technicality?

That's a technicality. Is it really a big deal?

I'm not talking about filing if you were born outside of hawaii. I'm talking about being born in Kenya, flying to Hawaii, and THEN filing for a birth certificate days or weeks after the birth took place. This is the gateway I speak of into the United States.

At the time, only a single witness of the birth was required for him to get a birth certificate. So, even if that fraudulent wad of toilet paper had any meaning, it still proves nothing.
