most of them won't hire the unemployed? I'll go out on a limb and say I bet the majority of their employees were unemployed mere seconds before they were hired. And can't we all admit that not having a job for 3 years is a bit ridiculous? If you're on the internet putting in 9 hour days (just like you would if you were working) looking for jobs and sending in applications you would find a job.

Go for IT, electronic and electrical enginnering, medical and other similar stuff.Wake up, silly Americans.....and peep out from under your huge rotten flowerpot. HAHAHAHA....with 70% without passports, that explains your IGNORANCE and COMPLACENCY.

i love this chick's show. she's got a unique ability to make it all seem like she's just shooting from the hip, when its pretty damn obvious that her observations arent from the hip at all, but probably involve hours and hours of prep for the show. in addition to a lot of time spent hanging out on youtube listening to lectures by chomsky, hedges, perkins, and still.

People who are unemployed are always told to work at a fast food joint but fail to realise that most fast food joints aren't hiring and most of them won't hire the unemployed.

@shaggie07
i believe her. it took me a long time to find work, and i got turned down by 2 McDonalds while i was looking..
but the problem is that she shouldn't have to be resorting to McDonalds to find work. A minimum wage job like McDonalds isn't enough to support a family. I know people that have full-time jobs but still need government help because the cost-of-living is so high. it's ridiculous.
if you haven't been through that kind of situation, you can't know what it's like.
