P90X This video will show you what p90x is, a basic week of p90x, as well as the equipment you will need to start today! I have successfully completed 2 rounds of P90X and am currently on my round 3! I am here to help you achieve your fitness and health goals.

  • @Betterlife90 so diet is a big part. crap... did you by any chance use recovery drinks for PWO? like Myogenix after shock?

  • @reliantj Diet is a huge aspect. Whole foods all the way. Cut out the boxed foods and processed sugars. Fruits, veggies, meats, nuts, and seeds. I use the P90X recovery drink.

  • Is there any other video to do instead of the karate video? Because I already train MMA and the techniques for puching and kicking in the video are not like my normal MMA techniques, and i dont really want to ruin the way I know how to do it.

  • @SkaterMutantNinja I'd say just do the kicks and punches the way you were taught and just follow along with the video unless you can put together your own version of that workout

  • @SkaterMutantNinja I know this is 9 months later but check out the Bas Rutten Workout audio tapes. They should be exactly what you need. You should be able to find a torrent.

    Here is the whole video however you still need the audio tapes. There is a space between the . and the com so I could post it.

  • @Betterlife90 Okay, for the recovery drinks. I know you're supposed to use a certain amount of the powder. Like 2-3 scoops. But if you did a lighter workout, could you use less of the powder?
