This person is from Florida is my guess. I've known a number of folks from there who can do some really nice bbq. But to say most folks and do just as well....well, that's not true!! Most folks can't make bbq like those who go to the CPM school! It's one thing to through a butt and a grill and totally something else to smoke one. Even most bbq resturants can't make bbq as well as those who attend the school. Too bad he doesn't make a trip up and compare.

I'll just tell you the truth. This is a bunch of rich people playing bbq masters. Truth is most of the people in my area could do just as well if not better given the same level playing field. Its not rocket science it bbq. Y'all come down here I'll show you some real q and southern hospitality and fun. You will leave full. Both in spirt and belly. Box that!!!! You will be a rich man.
