Spyware is an increased risk in PC's because everyone uses them. If you aren't a noob and know how to deal with spyware/viruses than it shouldn't be a problem. Cheaper, More Compatible.........Better........

Maybe if you had some more money you could buy a Mac. So many people have PCs because they are cheap. You get your money's worth with Apple. There are plenty of applications for Mac OS X, but fewer than PCs because of the easy-cheap-access to PCs. Did you know that professionals choose Macs over PCs? All of the big producers in the music industry use Macs.
