AMAZING! I loved it. Ozzy went to Micronesia full of himself... He played an awesome game in Cook Islands, but he deserved this blindside in Micronesia!

This was more Parvati's move than cirie's. Parvati mentioned she had to do it some point in a previous episode so she brought in natalie and alexis. With the numbers that Parvati brought in, cirie brought the idea to Parvati. Parv knew it was her only chance to do so, so she did it. It was her vote that was a deciding factor and it was her friendship with Ozzy that got ruined. This move was all Parv's. Good thing she made it worth it by winning.

How many instances has a player gotten 'revenge' on someone that they played against in the past?
The only other example I can think of is Colby and Jerri.
