So many things to celebrate today: 2 years anniversary for the 'CookingWithAlia' channel, 2 millions viewers mark, and my first cookbook "Moroccan Cooking - The Easy Way" (available in Amazon.com).
Of course, a cake is then a must for today's video! This Chocolate Charlotte is so easy to prepare and for sure will make you a 'star'. You can customize the filling to your taste by adding pieces of pears to the chocolate (instead of orange zest), raspberries, or bananas. You can also replace the chocolate cream with ice cream. You are going to love this recipe!

  • @catsmew the chances of you getting sick from raw eggs is very slim. If you have a compromised immune system you do have a higher chance but as long as you are relatively healthy and have fresh eggs that were not received cracked, you should be fine. We eat raw cookie dough(and raw cake batter and raw brownie batter) constantly and we are still alive and kicking!
