I have the Lg Script. I have that problem about the charger being in the way while I text. I'm getting the Blackberry Pearl tomorrow though

@CaptainScarlet2006 same difference, but the advantage of the trackpad is that dirt is a lot less likely to get in and affect navigation.

Very nice i still have the Pearl 1st generation for over 4 years and is still kicking what i don't like of this new pearl is the track pad i really like the trackball bcuz is more easy to navigate search ,surf etc.... trackball have a push button in the same trackball which is an advantage.Trackball is the best of the best form to navigate through the entire phone functions.
