  • Do you around 20 sets each time you workout? Is that just what works for you or do you preach that to others too?

  • @InTheEndIWasRight Shoulders contain the highest sets of any of my workouts, but traps are kind of a different muscle so I wouldnt even include that exercise in my total. Normally I am between 12-16 sets
