After bombing a midterm, I decided to vent my frustration through a video...maybe you'll learn something from it.

  • oh my god....you are me..or vice versa or whatever. that was me last semester in calculus..

    let me conclude:

    then you swear to yourself that next semester, you won't have to email your teacher with a sob story in order for her to pass you. (maybe that's just me)

  • Yeah, I've found that when you create an excuse, even if the professor buys it, you still end up feeling like a complete ass in the end.

  • how about stopping making this video and start studying?

  • Yes, I should have done that...lol

  • lmao! Thanks! You inspired me. I am going to learn from your mistakes! (Because I made them too many times in high school! XD)

    I can totally relate. Anyway, I'm going to study (RIGHT after I watch School of Rock... *cough* I PROMISE! >_<)

  • As a college student,

    I think the main problem in our education system lies in the fact that students simply have too much homework and have too much expected of them by their professors.

    Seriously, it's not even about being lazy, most people cannot handle a high course load because it just makes them feel overwhelmed which results in them not being able to focus.

    So if a student does somehow manage to pass everything, they end up barely learning/retaining anything after the semester ends.

  • more like..play video games or study...uhh video games

  • @fatface111 I agree. Even if you do make A's on everything it isn't like you will immediately be able to retain everything. Another problem is the details you have to memorize often do not apply in the real world. The real world usually functions in a far less convoluted manner.

  • school=conditioning the sheep

  • Lol, you pretty much spoke about my current problem, as we speak, verbatim. I'm totally a senior who totally hasn't learned his lesson. Bleh.

  • You're worse than my teacher. I had to stop the video. I'm sorry, but me has very short attention span. :S

  • LOL THIS IS SO ME

  • your talk the same way as the acter (amanda bynes)
