This great barn and guest cabin was part of the Bucks County Barns of Distinction Tour. Sean Tracy and his Bucks County TimberCraft company cleaned and restored an old barn and are in the process of converting it into an amazing 4300 sf home. • Thanks for the nice comments! This barn is ultra GREEN with geothermal heating and cooling, radiant heat flooring and a smart-house 16 ft opening NANA wall (folding glass French doors) in the Great Room. Also it's super insulated with R35 structural insulated panels and the floors are insulated to maximize the radiant floor and geothermal heating and cooling systems. My fav is the 1820s settler's cabin hand-crafted by a preacher in VA who used it for weddings for 50 years!

  • Wow! that is a BIG place. I wouldn't want to pay the heating bill. I would want to use a windmill or something, That would be great. Great video.
