Time Lapse - 3 games in 30 seconds

This time lapse shows the constant transformation of University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ during January 2009. First is the Arizona Cardinals 2009 NFL wild card playoff game against the Atlanta Falcons (January 3), followed by the stadium transformation to the 2009 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl between Ohio State and Texas (January 5). Afterward, the field rolls out for nine days, then returns and is repainted for the 2009 NFC Championship game where the Arizona Cardinals hosted the Philadelphia Eagles (January 18). Finally, the stadium transforms one more time for a trade show (OASIS Gift Show) on the stadium floor January 22-24. The time lapse camera was in place from January 3 until January 25, 2009.

Hey, @xblindside7290, they sprayed confetti on the field at 0:29, then rolled the field out to setup a trade show after that. There are a couple-hundred events a year in that stadium, most of them not football related.

@dgklee yea, i got the confetti. and i know that pretty much all stadiums hold events that may or may not be football related - never been to one myself - i just had no idea what it was.
