The Clarkson University Sustainable Iron Chef Competition pitted three faculty, student and staff teams against each other, as they tried to create the best dish out of local ingredients in a fixed amount of time. This year's competition featured a mystery basket with local short ribs, yellow perch, cheese and dried blueberries. Somehow, the teams whipped up three very tasty, successful dishes for the judges.
