This was voted the worst live lounge cover ever by the readers of N.M.E in December 2010. Its not hard to understand why. This cover is awful. Flo sounds like a deaf person trying to sing.

She's just different to Beyonce...it's her style!!! Her vocals are outstanding.....there just technically not as good as beyonce, its just a different style get over it! I love her voice, its amazing, I wish I had it! x

i think in terms of the lyrics and the actual and message of the song- Florence's vocal tone suits this song slightly better then Beyonce.

Although respect to Beyonce for the original song.
