Here is the full version of the Workout music as featured in Superman IV - The Quest For Peace Starring Chris Reeve.
Composed By Paul Fishman who was once in the band "The Re-Flex". This music was previously unreleased and has now been released as part of the Superman Score 8 CD Box Set. Also featured are several other Paul Fishman songs.

I still love this movie, I saw this in the theatre when it first came out, and even though it suffers badly from bad sfx. The heart in the story is there.

This is so freaking awesome! I have been a huge fan of Re-Flex since I was 12. I finally collected all their B-Sides and their first two albums about 6 years ago....but not the last two albums and movie cuts...nor that 90's soundtrack scored by Fishman.

you can find this song, and another 5 or 6 more on the FSM Superman Scores Box Set. Paul Fishman contributed some instrumentals, and some pop songs for Superman IV, but only this workout theme and another track ended up in the final cut of the movie. Most of the other tracks were used in the now infamous deleted "metro dance club" scene. The deleted movie scenes are unavailable, but all of Fishman's music is finally available on CD for the first time. PM me for more info!

Paul Fishman was/is (in my opinion), a manic keyboard genius.
Perhaps you could rename your vid with the correct band name "Re-Flex", to distinguish it from one of Duran's hits from a similar era.
