Thank u for posting this! I've had 2 c-sections myself. I too am 5 mths post my 2nd n a believer as well. U have beyond motivated me...n evidently it can be done! I am still breastfeeding, what diet suggestions did u use?

You look amazing! Do you breastfeed during excercising? I've found that this has really kept from excercising like I use to. Jesus loves you and I do too! God bless you. Be blessed, naturally!

I had a baby six months ago and I still have all the weight on...how can I start to exercise, I cant seem to get motivated and people are beginning to think Im pregnant again!!! I need help! You look great
