  • Someone who had just learned this mudra used it while waiting to see the chiropractor. The chiropractor commented that he was able to be more effective because she was very relaxed. In fact, he told her she didn't have to return for treatment that week.

    The more the hand positions are used, the more one is able to see results. For intense feelings of anxiety, I recommend a different practice. One that involves movement of arms with powerful breath.
