Part 1 of 7 Anglo Concertina alternative learning method free lessons by "Mark the Pole" - Marek Piotr Skoczylas. I can play any tune on Concertina instantly that is in my head already (hundreds of them) and having fun. I achieved this in less than one year from having first time concertina in my hands. Never played anything similar. Never had any musical training. In this video I am sharing the secrets of my journey. I navigated the musical waters and chartered for you the passages, shortcuts, simplifications therefore your journey may be much more pleasant and successful.
I am starting from favorite Slavic tune in Polish "Lniany recznik" (linen towel) or "Matczyny dar" (mother's gift) or in Russian "Matyerny platok" (mother's scarf). Then explaining why concertina.

Being musically inept...I bought a concertina about 6 months ago. After many failed attempts at trying to learn to "play" I came upon "Mark". Your insructions are simple and very easy to follow. After a few minutes, and some fumbling, I got "music" from this small box! Now I'll spend more time and many hours just sitting, enjoying and amazing myself. That's exactly what I was praying for. Bought my concertina a month ago. Difficult to find a teacher in India. It was already a miracle that I found a concertina here. I'm still sorting out the buttons, but now there is hope :-)))).
