he's mostly flexible.....needs a little bit more of ballett technique!!! Tumbling and high legs isn't everything!!!!

This guy is an amazing exhibitionist and gymnast! A truely remarkable talent, a grounded athelete with an explosive energy, acrobatic ability and a unique style of moving. He is very exciting to watch.
With this being said, the ballet segment of this audition tape was not ballet...or classical by any means. Sorry, no offence but it wasn't. This is not to say he can't be a ballet dancer. It is clear he has taken ballet classes by what is shown.
