I think you need to define "responsible" Know your facts first....

Cat Stevens didnt have any kids when he wrote this song. The video has a little LSD flavor to it. This country leads the world in responsible urban growth and he bashes it. The environmental extreamist/alarmist are special interest control freaks. I love the musical qualities of the song.

You don't have to have kids to see what is happening. I am pro business, but in the 10 square mile area in TX that I am in, with a still functioning economy, 5 major strip malls, 3 lesser strip malls, 15 gas stations, and the city, without referendum, sold 1/2 of 2 parks for gas drilling. The dirt and bike paths I used to roam are gone to reposesed houses. This is the warning of the Seuss book and the music.
