Not at all - coming from a district manager of a cell phone store most problems customers have with phones is not being able how to use them, espically those of the 50+ demogaphic. Sprint is creating a personal selling aspect of the company which will help create and expand their customer base. Personally I found this commerical the most effective marketing tool of any cell phone company (although it is the worst in service) of the year.
