My final program to us for free music would be spotify, this is a down loadable program that lets you stream music quick and in good quality from the internet using an internet connection.
You also have the ability to create play lists but not the ability to share them.
If you have a premium account then you can use spotify on your mobile device but this does mean paying a little amount of money but there is still the option to get it for free with adds every now and then before songs play
