@DUMPOFTHEWEEK yeah he takes a ton of time to correct his form and talk to him rather than just burn through what he does, probably would take him hour and a half on his own, and he isnt training for the every day person he is training for his sport huge difference

@DUMPOFTHEWEEK every top bodybuilder has extreme training, regardless of the differences, it wil still be extreme.

Ah he's still a nice guy! He's been nice to me when we've spoken, who cares about how he trains, its his physique and character that matter right? No worries, still a great olympian.

This is crazy in my opinion... 3 hours of legs its just insane for anyone. This may not always be the best choice, a man once said "you need to kill it in the gym but now kill yourself" that was The Gift himself Phil Heath. Both Phil and Kai are great bodybuilders but everyone is different. Phil does not lift like this nor does Jay Cutler and all three has top physiques. So what I am trying to say yes this may work for Kai but for a everyday person this is very extreme.
