Seems simple right? It is, just not always easy, especially as we approach the "season of annoyance" as one of my friends calls it, otherwise known as the "holidays." Breathing is actually one of the most powerful tools I have found for managing stress - it can be done anywhere and the research on its physiological and psychological benefits is quite amazing IMO.
