Umm, looks like Kundalini spirit to me, not Holy Spirit. Also, if "we" are living in unconfessed sin & have not repented, then "we" have opened ourselves to whatever satan throws at "us". God's hand IS removed from that person's life. Now, as far as dreaming about dead people, a dream is just that, we are NOT talking to dead people while awake, but in a dream. I have drempt about Amy Simple Mcpherson, before and it is just that....a dream. God can use dreams to show us things too.
