Yesterday I shot the Spirit of Washington, a dinner train, that runs from Renton to Woodinville, Washington. It uses rare F-units for power. The track it runs on is due to be removed for a highway project and it only has about a month left to run. They ran two Spirit trains yesterday, including a lunch charter train for employees of T-mobile. The Quicktime movie above is the Spirit of Washington leaving Renton, followed by the BNSF's Maltby Turn.
No they keep the street rails active up to the point of the Renton Boieng Plant. They use the tracks for transporting the fuselage parts.

Well, there is some bad news, as they officially closed the doors on their business.
I just feel sad for this, I never had one chance to go on. <:-(

They moved it to Tacoma. The food is delicious and the crime mystery game that sometimes they perform there is fun. Hugs! :)
