@qfproductionsuk You are right - for the first couple of years it was produced by TVS but when they lost their broadcasting licence at the end of 1992, Scottish Television took over production though it was still recorded in the same studio it was during its TVS tenure. A similar thing occured with another kids TV series from the same era, namely How 2!

Weird but I always thought this was a TVS programme. Never realised it was Scottish Televison

i loved art attack but two thinks scared me. 1 the talking head (shudders in fear) 2 the media merchants logo at the end of the credits. as a kid that springing sound when the logo appeared made me leave the room in fear and the head was just pure evil

It was Francis Wright who played "The Head" , is there any clips of "The Head" , he was my favourite!

He is credited as the main artist in each foreign language variant Barcy, I'm not exactly surprised they don't "do the work", would be as redundant as redoing the big Art Attacks if you ask me.
Great clips TheMeakers! I loved Art Attack! I loved "The head"" , he was very funny in the show!
Can you upload clips of the head for me if you have any?

I seem to remember Andrew O'Connor as the head at some point. He's a big wig producer now
