Hehehe! I wonder what Lewis thinks NOW!
-
@NolramNrets : fair enough . . . . . completely irrelevant to my original point though.

@RonPaulGeorgeRingo To add onto your comment, I believe it probably was a rough 8 years on Lewis. Just because you are living well does not mean you are happy with the state of affairs of Babylon. Why do you think Ted Turner is buying so much open space? He doesn't want it to be paved.

Richard Lewis was trying to talk slower, but he didn't need to Olbermann knew Lewis is the kinda guy you just gotta let roll..free association stream of conciousness...he can't help himself, he exudes a neurotic brilliance that fights it's way to the surface.

@jsumudio If there is anyone who is qualified to be governor of Alaska, it's Sarah Palin =/

Richard Lewis still not funny after all these years should be the name of his show!
-
Probably. MY happiness is rooted in the fact that every time we get a "Carter" style leader, he's quickly followed by a "Reagan". At least we have something to look forward to in 2012.
-
Yeah, because we know that America should be happy to go down the same road that the Soviets did with all the social programs.

we on the west coast call the red states "DumbFuckistan"

So you're saying if Lewis (or anybody) was doing okay financially during Bush's term that it somehow can't be the worst 8 years of his life? What kind of absurd logic is that? Yes, there are millions of people who are suffering real hardship but that doesn't make Lewis's statement any less sincere. His "lifestyle" (2001-present) is irrelevant. This WAS the worst 8 years for most people I know.
