'How's today been?' is an app (available on iPhone, Android and BlackBerry smart phones) that has been developed by Janssen to help you track how your child's day has been. What you record can be used to discuss how Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) affects your child and family life to help find the best ways of adapting to life with ADHD.

You can use this app to record information on a once-daily basis to help build an ongoing picture of your child's day and identify times of the day that are especially challenging.

FEATURES
- Simple on-screen sliders to record key times of the day
- Easy to read on-screen charts showing average scores
- Email chart report function
- Appointment reminder function
- Information and resources on ADHD

The app provides links to information about ADHD on the website www.livingwithADHD.co.uk. This information is published by Janssen who provide this free app.

Please note that use of this app does not replace consultations with your child's physician, who is best placed to provide you with advice.
