  • Is there a limit to how many strips of LEDs you can run off one switch? Thanks

  • @ChappersSP

There is a limit of 10 Amps, however I don't think you could put 10 amps worth of strips on a plane if you tried. I ran 7 strips on my Super Cub with no problems at all on the same battery I was using to power the plane.

  • I figured it out. The LEDs need to be powered by the car battery

  • @hondasarecool1

Have you considered getting a small 3 cell lipo battery? 11.7V is close enough to a 12v car battery.

  • I am trying to use mine with an external nine volt and just can't get it to light up the LEDs

  • @hondasarecool1

LED are very voltage specific unlike an incandescent bulb. Are you sure your LED's will work with nine volts?
