The point is, he's not going to want to regenerate into someone who goes against his own values, whatever those values may be.

Eleven does the same thing ten did in waters of mars all the time, the difference is that with eleven, it doesn't bother him.

Yeah, while I agree The Doctor was a dick to Mickey, I don't really think it was down to racism.

The Doctor always intimidated Mickey or gave him upset nicknames, just look at "School Reunion" or his lack of faith in him in "Rise of the Cybermen". Once Russell T. Davies said that the reason for that was because it was a subtle exploration of the dynamics of multi-ethnic life in contemporary Britain. And with Martha was more evident her first episodes.

They constant struggle for respect and recognition from the cold Doctor, while others like Donna and Amy effortless earn her friendship.

The first true Doctor. Troughton was eccentric and often hilarious. Pertwee was dandy and full of narcissism (Without being a jerk about it) T.Baker was.... well just look at him. Davison was scientific and witty. C.Baker was...... These bakers have a running theme don't they... McCoy was the only Doctor that could be dark, hilarious and awesome all at once. McGann deserves more time. Eccleston was dark yet awesome. Tennant was not the Doctor. And Matt is a mixture of all of this.

...And please, the Seventh Doctor was left notes with future information in "Battlefield" and novels he was known as "Time's Champion", the Eleventh Doctor just doing "old tricks" of time travel that has made all their old lives.

The Eleventh Doctor is the true Time Lord, according to the words of Neil Gaiman. He lives and enjoy the adventure, not fall in love and let slapping by mothers. I loved his friendship with Rory, unlike his disguised racism towards Mickey (and Martha). And I like that he has a neutral vision of justice, unlike the Tenth who saw everything in "black and white" and very prejudicial towards UNIT and Jack Harkness and gave endless second chances to bastards who do not deserve it.

Oh please, I was disgusted (as many true Whovians) when the Tenth Doctor trying to save Davros, the man who caused the death of millions of billions of beings in the universe and technically responsible for the Time War for their creations . And "The Waters of Mars" only showed me how emotionally unbalanced and megalomaniac who was he to travel alone.
