Wonderful tribute - you capture what I appreciate about Kirk the most, not his fights, not his conquests... you capture the man's humanity

Question -

From which TOS episode is McCoy's speech
about there's only one of each of us in the
immensity of the universe (3:46 - 4:22)?

Nice tribute, but I don't like the final clip -
wish it had ended with the "Second star to the right and straight on to morning" quote.

As a fan of McCoy I was happy/surprised there
was so much of Bones in this video. : )

The McCoy quote is from 'Balance of Power' - the episode where Kirk and crew fight against the Romulan commander testing a new weapon/cloaking device.

Many people will probably answer this. I am probably the only one who will answer without calling you stupid in some form or other. Many people didn't like all the humor that they added. Felt it was out of character. I personally liked V.

You still have to respect continuity. However I am sure Shatner is eager to get back into the character and hopes Abrams could do something to bring him back. The original timeline from when Spock left still took place after the events in Nemesis. Plus Kirk's death built up I've notice if you watch all six movies in a marathon. I cried when he died.
