@ueffect Yeah you're right, not only will they get charged with kidnapping, but also false imprisonment (stealing somebody's freedom) and even possibly threats of violent and sexual character.
Which by the way gives several years of jail term in a -closed off jail-, yes they won't even enjoy the liberties of an open prison.
Seeing as this was on TV, the only reason for them not getting legally prosecuted is if the targeted girl was acting along all of this.
Otherwise, enjoy jail, fuckers.
