I saw Dave and band years ago at the Santa Monica Civic, and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen in terms of sheer musicianship. Dave is only underrated by the ignorant; you know, the kind of people who think a DJ counts as a musician...!

This man influenced me so much that my band Medicine Road is bringing back this very sound. We are all young guys, but we feel the vibe. Check us out and I guarantee you will hear the influence, as well as other geats, CSN, Beatles, Zepplin, but its all original(mostly).
