Homeworld Walkthrough - Level 1 Intro

Since I cant see a single play through for Homeworld, I've decided to do one.

However, Im not going to be using a single salvage corvette unless required.

For now, here is the intro, no combat for a while though.

This is one of the things that is cool about Canada. Their art galleries include really cool spaceships.

I made some comments about playing Homeworld 2 and Warhammer Dawn of War together because everything in the latter is deployed from the sky. If Relic was up against Blizzard, it would be an awesome invasion of the World of Warcraft as a Starcraft colony.

It wasn't the first 3D game, but the first successful 3D RTS.

I love the sequel because of its sophistication and visuals.

I can't say the same thing about Star Wars or Star Trek because they are too flashy. In my opinion, space battles shouldn't be like that.

I always imagined what the interior looked like. Gravitational pull would point toward the middle back section of the mother-ship, where the resources are kept.

@sFT3wINm09 according to wiki, Homeworld wasn't the first, but it was one of the first ones to be a 3D RTS. However, it was the first space themed 3D game.

This game, for me, is one of the most beautiful masterpieces ever created in game history. It's not just an outstanding RTS, but a wonderful piece of art. It has definitely touched my heart... :')
