@maheshssss Interesting that a punjabi hindu expresses such pride in punjabiyat. In the 1950's census to establish punjabi as the official language of punjab in line with other states linguistic demands, upwards of 90% of punjabs hindus denied that they spoke punjabi and claimed their first language was hindi..this open lying was inspired by the arya samaj who ran a blatantly racist campaign where hindus were told to to claim hindi as their mother tongue, what sort of people deny their mother?
