I think that the 2 reviewers missed the point of the film entirely, the main character, Jean Baptiste is as much the antagonist as he is the protaganist.
Its like fims about serial killers like Ted Bundy, and John Wayne Gacy. the films never attempts to explain or exuse what they do but the to give a very loose meaning, and reason.
And personally i really like that effect within this film the way your never really on his side.
+ Amazing acting, and directing. makes this a 7-8/10 IMHO
