man, this all reminds me of how I got CMD banned at my school. It was in year 7, and some kid called Matt B. showed me how to send an "OK" message to the entire NSW network (every logged-in computer in the school)
I sent "There is a bomb in this computer." and everyone, even the principal, got it. I literally got away with the excuse: "I was typing funny things and saving them to my emails folder where they got sent to everyone automatically."
Idiots. Absolute fools.

Ok. If your school is blocking 'cmd' or 'run', try this.
Right click on the desktop. Choose 'New Shortcut'.
Write in 'command'. Save it on the desktop.
Now, double click and your are in command, an old version of cmd. Works at the same way.
