no doubt the burning ash and resulting intense firestorm caused many brick structures to heat up and collapse, some stone structures too, but most of the damage you see was done by locals, rich and poor, sneaking stuff, (bricks, blocks, bits of marble, etc), for theyre farms and mansions!
