We have used several Juicers over the years.

If you want something that is reasonably priced and can juice whole apples at once etc, we recommend the Breville Professional Juice Extractor. It is available on Amazon for about $119.99

We have also had a Champion Juicer and they are fantastic. If you have a bit of cash and are looking for something that will last forever and be a real workhorse, this is our Juicer of choice. It's a masticating juicer, so it extracts more juice than the cheaper juicers.

The benefits of Watermelon are:
- Watermelon is over 90% water, so you get loads of juice from it.
- It's delicious
- It gives you an energy blast.

Watermelons are an excellent source of : -

- Vitamin A, which helps maintain eye health and is an antioxidant;
- Vitamin C, which helps strengthen immunity, heal wounds, prevent cell damage, promote healthy teeth and gums;
- Vitamin B6, which helps brain function and helps convert protein to energy.
- Betacarotene, lycopen, iron, zinc, potassium and other nutritive minerals

The high content of water makes watermelons very beneficial when used in weight loss programs, as they give us the impression of satiety, but have a reduced number of calories.

  • There's not much fiber, why not just eat the watermelon??

  • @jklfds85 The aim is to have no fibre and there is about 10% in watermelon.

  • I wish there were more watermelons with seeds around, its wierd not having seeds anymore we need to keep the species going and i find seedless watermelons to be quite bland compared to a real watermelon

  • @angelbe88 Mimi Says that on the 4th day and throughout the Juice detox; you will have yucky tired days; these day she uses for rest as sleep and rest is as important as detoxing or as she calls it being a vegan. I'm really impressed Mathew and Victoria with your video's; these types of video's really work for me, I just came across your clips tonight and will start the Juice feast with my daughter tomorrow morning but I can't find number 3. Anyway well done and keep up the great work. Lyn

  • @BeYourPotential what about telling your subscribers to demand watermelons and grapes etc. to be produce WITH seeds! The seeds of watermelons are good blended and they are known to repair a part of the eyes. The sees of grapes also do so many wonderful stuff in the body. We need to increase knowledge and responsibility into our farmers mind!

  • why were you filiming in the wind? That really took away from your video!

  • The breathing can be applied to many aspects of life, because a professional voice coach (for singing) will tell you the same thing, to breath through your stomach and not your chest because you won't run out of breath as quickly that way.

  • I loved the video (despite the wind I found it relatively easy to follow).

    About the breathing. I agree with you 100% about nose breathing being important for health. What if you physically cannot breathe through your nose? Mine has been shattered so badly that the doctors have told me that it cannot be repaired. I am able to breathe through it a little IF I focus on it. But not for all day... will I be able to get some benefits just from doing it in a focused method a few times each day?
