sirHOAX cell - copy attempt

I liked his idea, and from what I could tell his design produced enough hho to impress even me. So here is the first (actually the first posted) video that was successful enough for me.

The Cell:
Eight (to are cut to connect the 3 cells together) Stainless steel blank wall plates from Lowe's (approx $1.50 ea).
Six 1" nylon 1/4-20 bolts, nut and washers (approx 0.025" thick).
Four 1/4-20 stainless bolts.
Six Stainless 1/4" lock washers.
Six Stainless 1/4-20 nuts.
Four Stainless 1/4" fender washers.
Four Neoprene 1/4" flex washers (black).
One air tight container, Wally World $3-5.

Just check out my and sirHOAX's videos, and you should get the picture of how to assemble it.

I plan on doubling these cells and put them in a large water filter system from Lowe's as soon as I can find the adaptors for the filter system.
