This track is indeed called "#9"... it is known that Richard doesn't care much for naming songs, so there you are, the ninth song of the Analogue Bubblebath 3 album is called #9, fun.

As for Radiohead, i couldn't care less about them, but i did read that they were influenced somewhat by Aphex's music, infact, he was asked by Radiohead to join them on a tour, which he refused. It's all on the wiki people lol...
