excellent video, i veggie and avoid alllllllll e numbers and chemical foods, i use tinture if i get sick, got swine flu in the house, but my immune system killing it, i only one in house not to get sick

the brand "Crisco" in australia sell a product called "vegetable oil" however in the very, very fine print (ie requires a magnify glass to read) reveals that the product is actually 'canola oil' & soyabean oil.

I always keep a close watch on food labeling now. Anything with Canola oil is forbidden in our house.
