I studied with Dr. Bowman in Chico in the late 80's and early 90's. I've been around a lot of pianists over the years, and he is as good as it gets. He is a great instructor and magnficent performer. I'd bring in some diffcult piece by Chopin or Liszt and he would show me techniques to get me through the tough parts. Music is still an important part of my life, and I am grateful for the time Dr. Boman spent with me during my college years.
