Actually, it was two years ago, and yes, I have improved. But going back and watching it, I agree that it isn't very well-made. Actually, it's more of the kind of amv that I really don't like: a fight with some rock song.

Probably. I myself am not particularly pleased with this video. Your analysis is essentially what I did. But, this was earlier in my amv-making career, and I have moved far beyond the level displayed in this and my earlier amvs. Watch my most recent one if you don't believe me.
