Chris Polk helped the winning cause with 92 rushing yards (13 carries) and 1 TD, Jermaine Kearse caught 6 passes for 92 yards, while Devin Aguilar caught the ball five times for total of 83 yards, including a TD-catch.

USC's QB Matt Barkley finished the game with 186 passing yards (14 of 20) without INTs or TDs, Allen Bradford captured great performance with 2 TDs and 223 rushing yards from 21 carries, while Marc Tyler scored twice, also, and rushed 14 times for 60 yards.
