Neil's always worth a close listen, but I listen to old tunes like this to hear him collaborate with Danny Whitten, a gifted guitarist from the Rockets. When he was on his game, he was spot on. When he wasn't, he likely was wasted on heroin. Unable to stay straight, he finally did himself in. "Every junkie's like a setting sun."
